What is included in a standard yacht charter?
Each charter comes with a qualified crew, all requisite safety gear, fuel, and a selection of beverages and snacks. Sunset sails feature a range of premium snacks and drinks, while corporate charters include amenities for business needs, such as meeting spaces and specialized catering.
How far in advance should I book?
To secure your preferred dates, we advise booking 2–3 weeks early, or even earlier during the busy months from May to September. For special occasions and business gatherings, reserving your charter 4–6 weeks ahead is recommended to confirm availability and customize your experience.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Our primary concern is your safety. In the event that the captain decides that weather conditions are unsafe, we will propose an alternative date for your charter or issue a complete refund. We keep a close eye on the weather and will inform you 24 hours in advance should the forecast suggest uncertain conditions.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
You are certainly permitted to supply your own food and non-alcoholic drinks. Our catering services are also available, offering customized dining options to suit your tastes. Please be aware that for safety measures, glassware is not allowed onboard.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We aim to provide access for all guests. Certain yachts in our fleet are designed with specific accessibility features. We recommend discussing any particular requirements prior to booking, so that we can guide you to the best-suited yacht and make the necessary preparations to accommodate your needs.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations that are made more than 72 hours before departure will be fully refunded. If cancelled between 24 to 72 hours prior to departure, a 50% refund is granted. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of departure will not be refunded, with the exception of those caused by unsafe weather conditions or mechanical failures on our end.
